What we sell
Facezy is a digital service. You buy coins and spend them on each video or photo you generate. There are no physical goods; the result appears in your account and you download it from there.
Failed generation — refunded automatically
If a generation does not complete, the coins it used are returned to your account automatically — you do not need to ask. This applies whether it never started or failed at the provider.
Unspent coins
For coins you have not spent yet, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund is made to the same card through the payment provider that took the payment; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
Completed generations
Coins spent on a generation that completed and was delivered to you are not refundable: producing that video costs us money the moment it runs. If you are unhappy with the result, write to us anyway — if something went wrong technically we re-run it at no charge.
How to ask
Write to info@facezy.co with your order number or the email on your account. We reply to refund requests within 3 business days.
