Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
• Location: country level only, resolved from your IP address; no precise address or GPS location is collected.
• Content you upload: the photos you upload to create videos, and your saved faces.
• Usage data: your coin balance and transaction history, and the status of the videos you create.
• Product event data: to understand how the product is used — which pages you visit, which templates you create videos with, whether you complete the creation and payment steps — we collect event data on our own servers only. This data is not shared with third-party analytics services and is not used for advertising. We respect your browser's "Do Not Track" setting and any opt-out preference on your device.
• Payment data: coin purchases are processed by our payment provider — your card details never pass through our servers, only the outcome (success/failure, amount) reaches us.
• Creator application data: if you apply to become a creator, we store the display name you give, the time you accepted the Creator Agreement and your IP address at that moment (as the record of that acceptance).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Service: to verify your account, to produce the result video from the photo you uploaded, to manage your coin balance and transaction history, to assess your creator application and to resolve technical problems. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

If you are approved as a creator, your display name and profile photo are shown publicly on the templates you upload, to everyone using the Service — a use you accept as part of creator attribution.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the Service we share part of your data with the following providers:

• Authentication provider — handles account sign-in (OAuth).
• AI image/video processing providers — process your uploaded photo and the template you chose to produce the resulting video or image; which one is used depends on the template.
• Cloud infrastructure and storage providers — the servers the application runs on, and the infrastructure where photo and video files are stored and served.
• Payment provider — processes coin purchase payments.

4. Retention Periods

• The result videos you create are deleted automatically from our servers after 7 days.
• When you delete your account, it becomes impossible to sign in with; your coin transaction history and creation records may be kept in the account records for a further period in order to handle payment disputes and prevent abuse. You can send a deletion request for that data to info@facezy.co.
• The record of your acceptance of the creator agreement (date + IP) is kept for as long as your account is active and for any legally required period, because it may serve as evidence in copyright or personality-right disputes.
• Your session (sign-in token) is kept in your browser's local storage and is removed when you sign out.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, to ask for it to be corrected, to request its deletion and to object to its processing (under GDPR and Turkish KVKK). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@facezy.co.

6. Data Security

We transmit your data over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restrict access to the systems that need it. Even so, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from that age group. If we become aware of such a case, we delete the data concerned.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we update the "last updated" date on this page.
